Admittedly while these 12 acts found themselves one step closer to their dreams, others weren’t so lucky.
Fishmonger Lola Saunders gave a heart-rending performance where her emotions got the better of her, meaning that she didn’t make it through, and likewise, Lizzy Pattinson was in floods after she failed to make the grade.
Simon Cowell picked his top three, as did Cheryl Fernandez-Versini butnot everyone was so happy with the choices as Twitter flocked to tell Cheryl exactly what they thought.
The bookies had their say too, with them crowning Andrea Faustini their early favourite to take this year’s crown.
Still, at least the Geordie lovely looked stunning in a Grecian gown during the episode, so silver linings and all that.
