More celebrities touch down in Australia and prepare the enter the jungle!
Well there we have it, the moment of truth is finally here and all of the celebrities that are heading into the outback for this year’s I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here are arriving in Australia as we speak.
At the beginning of the week Westlife’s Kian Egan, fashion designer David Emmanuel and Eastenders actress Laila Morse all arrived and were immediately whisked off to fancy hotels to enjoy their last few days in the lap of luxury before heading out to the jungle. As the week progressed more famous faces arrived in Brisbane airport to join them.
Widely speculated rumours of the one and only Joey Essex entering the jungle were not wrong as the cheeky reality TV star was confirmed. He was interviewed at the airport and reckons that he will do well in the jungle saying ‘I’m a brave boy’ before screaming at a cockroach! Still he is the favourite to win the competition having won over the hearts of the nation on popular reality TV show The Only Way is Essex. Of course this means that Joey will no longer appear in TOWIE so Joey Essex fans will certainly be lapping up every moment of his time in the jungle.
Another soap actress is also set to make up part of the crew. This time in the shape of the lovely Lucy Pargeter, who plays feisty Chas Dingle in Emmerdale. Lucy is currently odds on favourite to do the best out of the females in the show. Joey Essex unsurprisingly is currently favourite to win
The line-up also includes TV presenter Matthew Wright and rather wonderfully 90’s TV star from the hilarious Fresh Prince of Bel Air -actor Alfonso Riberio.
Sports stars come in the shape of British Olympian swimmer Rebecca Adlington who competed in the 2013 games. Snooker ace Steve Davis also has also arrived.
Of course the show would not be the same without a token bikini clad lady (which we are sure Joey Essex is very pleased about) and this year we will not be disappointed. Miss Great Britain Amy Willerton is also taking part. She made wasted no time on arrival, changing into a skimpy bikini no doubt to work on her tan before the cameras start rolling.
I’m a Celebrity get me out of here 2013 starts on Sunday 17th November at 10pm on ITV.
