ITV has revealed the line up for it’s new dancing show called Stepping Out. The show will feature some of the most loved personalities in the United Kingdom, including Brian McFadden, Denise Welch, Vogue Williams and Lincoln Townley. ITV is hoping to trump all other dancing shows in recent history. Let’s see if it lives up to its promise.
ITV have announced the celebrity line-up for Stepping Out, the new dance show set to rival the BBC’s Strictly come dancing.
The series, hosted by Davina McCall, will see six celebrities and their real life partners put their relationships to the test via the form of dance.
Former Westlife singer Brian McFadden and Vogue Williams will compete in the show alongside Loose Women’s Denise Welch and her husband Lincoln Townley.
Denise has admitted her and Lincoln, who she married in Portugal last month, are probably “the worst people in the world” to be involved in a dancing competition, but the 55-year-old is hopefully she will fare better than she has in other reality TV shows.
“At least on this show I can stand up on the first day,” explained Denise. “With Dancing on Ice, I couldn’t even stand up!”
Stepping Out promises to be fun and lively as competitors battle it out to be the best dancers on television. ITV has certainly started with some exciting people that are sure to attract a wide audience. The judges have not yet been revealed, but we’ll find out soon as Stepping Out begins soon on ITV on Saturday August 31.
