You just have to love Britain’s Got Talent. Such a wide variety of entertainment, new and budding performers, and horrible wannabees — all topped off by some of the most captivating judges ever. Here’s a shot of Simon playing around, hugging David Williams. One of my favourite parts though is little Ant and Dec!
And so it was another eventful day for the Britain’s Got Talent judges, in the penultimate day of the BGT audition rounds.
Things turned back to normal when David Walliams was the first to arrive. He wasn’t as early as he was during past auditions, he must be starting to learn that being punctual in the world of Simon Cowell is a useless trait. He was seen earlier by fans enjoying a well earned breakfast in a in a lunch room. Should we mention that Simon was late again or has this become cliché? Well, he was, so there.
The auditions themselves were less interesting then the previous night’s, bar two or three highlights.
One of the biggest moments was Riverdance group Keep it Reel and after their performance a smiling David told them:
“I’ve always wanted to do it, but I’ve never….”
Another highlight for all involved were “Little Ant and Dec”, two sweet five year olds who immediately won the hearts of the Geordie duo, the judges and the audience. After their auditions David told his followers: “I just met the new Little Ant & Dec. They are both five years old and only very slightly smaller than the real ones.”
Another highlight was singer James Craise, whose performance gave way to a funny bitchy ping pong barrage between David and Simon.
