TV presenter, businesswoman, model, classical pianist, mum and amateur astronomer; it’s fair to say Myleene Klass has plenty of strings to her bow.

And among the recent additions to her CV is as a panellist on ITV’s Loose Women, where she shares her views on the latest topics and celebrity gossip while adding a touch of glamour to the daytime chat show. It’s a role she clearly enjoys.

“My favourite memory from working on Loose Women is getting a mug with my name on it,” she said recently. “It’s official! I’m a Loose Woman. If I wasn’t a panellist on the show, I’d be watching it.”

But things haven’t always been easy for 36-year-old Myleene. Since bursting into the public eye on TV talent show Popstars in 2001, where she won a place with pop group Hear’Say, Myleene has enjoyed a series of brilliant highs punctuated by desperate lows, most of them endured in the media spotlight.
