ITV is launching a new makeover show called Star Treatment, and star Jane McDoanld has been chosen to host it. Some very deserving people in the workplace will get special treatment, including a makeover, as a reward for their dedication, hard work and attitude. This should be interesting.
ITV has commissioned a new makeover show – presented by Jane McDonald.
Daytime show Star Treatment, a workplace makeover series, will launch this summer.
The series will see Loose Women‘s Jane visit workplaces, including offices, factories, clubs and institutions, around the UK with a style team.
Workers who have been nominated for “star treatment” by their bosses for their hard work and positive attitude will be treated to a full makeover.
They’ll then walk down the catwalk in front of friends, family and colleagues, before being treated to a gourmet meal prepared by their boss and a top chef.
Andrew Nicholson, executive producer of production company Shiver, said: “Jane McDonald brings her unique brand of northern warmth to Star Treatment, which gives Britain‘s bosses the chance to reward their most deserving workplace stars with a luxurious makeover and lavish meal.
Who will get the Star Treatment? There are worthy recipients in businesses all over, so it will be interesting who ITV picks for the makeovers. With Jane McDonald hosting the new series, I’m sure it will find an audience. It’s always fun to see people who deserve some good rewards to actually get them, to their surprise.
