20th February is going to be a big night for British music. All the pretty singers gather to celebrate their last year recordings, and some of them will leave home with some awards. Everyone will be there either to perform, because he’s nominated or simply to show their support for their fellow artists. The 2013 Brit Awards ceremony takes place at the London O2 Arena and will be broadcasted live on ITV 1, starting 20:00. The host for the night will be comedian James Corden.

We are going to review what the nominations are and who is going to entertain us tomorrow night.

When it comes to performances everyone’s excited to see One Direction, Robbie Williams and Justin Timberlake’s big comeback. The line-up is completed by America’s sweetheart Taylor Swift, leading-lady Emeli Sande, recently Grammy winners Mumford& Sons, Muse and Ben Howard. This is quite a spread to look forward to! And, in case you miss it, you will be able to download the performances on ITunes and all the earnings from the first month are going to War Child. Make sure to follow us to find out which ones are worth downloading.

Now let’s move on to the nominees, and the list is quite impressive, with some pleasant surprises. The Scottish artist Emeli Sande is the artist with the most nominations (four), including one for Best British Album for her “Our Own Version of Events” disc. She is followed by Mumford & Sons , Alt-J and Rita Ora, each with three nominations, and Coldplay with two nominations for their “Princess of China” as Best British Single and a Best Live Act nomination.
