David Tennant is more popular than ever. He’s been nominated to 3 awards at the fifth annual Freesat Awards ceremony. His role in Broadchurch has boosted his appeal over the past several months, and he’s up for an award due related to that, but he’s also up for the voice he supplied as Twigs, a mischievous acorn sprite in Tree Fu Tom.
Today sees the fifth annual Freesat Awards ceremony, held in Central London with a VIP audience of celebrities, media and broadcasters and hosted by comedian and actress Sally Phillips.
