As one of the biggest providers of high value competitions, TV competitions and general prize draws in the UK, the ITV competitions T&Cs can be confusing for many, especially those of you who are not regular “compers”. Most regular compers (people who enter a lot of competitions regularly  will know that you can enter ITV competitions more than once, however the number of times you can enter does vary from TV show to TV show.

This post will give you a bit of insight into the terms and conditions of popular ITV competitions in relation to online entry via the itv.com site. You can find up-to-date information here on all terms and conditions. Please note that this is an overview & you should check the terms and conditions for each individual competition – they are subject to change & may change at any time.

General ITV competition T&Cs

  • Please remember, this is just an overview and may change at any time
  • UK residents (inc Isle of Man and Channel Islands)
  • Must be over 18
  • Not connected with any promoters (an employee or family member of employee)
  • Entries must be sent by you – bulk entries or automated entries will be voided
  • Any entries above the maximum number of entries will be dis-counted
  • The prize can only be given to the winner (ie the cheque will be made payable to the winner)
  • There is no cash alternative for non-cash prizes

Daybreak & Lorraine competition

  • Shown Monday-Friday early mornings
  • Prize can be weekly, fortnightly or longer
  • 6 entries are generally allowed per phone number
  • Entry dates overlap

This Morning competition

  • Shown Monday-Friday mornings (sometimes at the weekend)
  • Prize can be weekly, fortnightly or longer
  • Entry dates overlap
  • Simultaneouscompetitions have been run in the past
  • 6 entries are generally allowed per phone number

Loose Women competition

  • Shown Monday-Friday lunchtime
  • Prize can be daily, weekly, fortnightly or longer (usually weekly/fortnightly)
  • Entry dates overlap
  • Simultaneous competitions have been run in the past (inc daily prizes)
  • 6 entries are generally allowed per phone number

Dickinson’s Real Deal competition

  • Shown Sunday-Friday afternoon
  • Prize (always cash prizes) are usually daily (but sometimes weekly!)
  • Entry dates overlap
  • 3 entries are generally allowed per phone number

X Factor competition

  • Shown Saturday & Sunday nights (repeats on Monday & throughout the week on ITV2)
  • Usually bi-weekly
  • Large prize, usually cash + music-related trip
  • Entry dates overlap
  • 6 entries are generally allowed per phone number

All Star Mr & Mrs competition

  • Shown Wednesday nights
  • Weekly prize, usually £5,000 cash + holiday
  • Entry dates overlap
  • 3 entries are generally allowed per phone number

Take Me Out competition

  • Shown saturday  nights  + repeats on ITV2
  • Usually fortnightly prize, sometimes weekly – holiday + cash
  • Entry dates overlap
  • 6 entries are generally allowed per phone number

The Chase competition

  • Shown Mon-Fri early evening
  • Weekly cash prize
  • Entry dates overlap
  • 3 entries are generally allowed per phone number

Because you can enter all these competitions online at itv.com for free, we recommend entering the maximum number of times allowed. All it costs is a few extra seconds of your time; it’s free & the odds are better than winning the lottery!

Entry limitations are based on a telephone number, so everyone with a mobile phone can enter. Just make sure you are at least 18years old and give your real name as prizes will only be given to the entrant.
