Britain’s Got Talent finalists Bars and Melody met fans in Cardiff yesterday. They were greeted by thousands of fans to love their look and their style.
Bars & Melody (B.A.M) are a British singing/rapping duo consisting of rapper Leondre Devries (“Bars”) and singer Charlie Lenehan (“Melody”). They took part in the eighth series of Britain’s Got Talent in 2014. They finished in third place, behind runner-up Lucy Kay and winners Collabro, despite being the bookies favourites.
Thousands of excited fans lined the streets of Cardiff today to meet Britain’s Got Talent finalists Bars and Melody.
Port Talbot rapper Leondre Devries, 13, and 15-year-old Charlie Lenehan, from Bristol, have just released their debut single ‘Hopeful’.
The song has a strong anti-bullying message, with Leondre calling upon his own experiences in school.
Today youngsters queuing outside HMV on Queen Street told ITV Cymru Wales they admired Bars and Melody’s stance on bullying.
I live in Port Talbot as well… I’ve been bullied at three schools and they’ve just helped me become stronger, knowing they’ve been through it – and look where they are now.
